Throughout the process, I found a consistent challenge at one company after another – connecting IT costs back to business value.
Yearly forecasts and traditional financial methods simply couldn't keep up with the rapid pace of change in cloud technology. Costs spiraled out of control, often outpacing business growth.
At Tabula Rasa, I tackled this challenge head-on, reversing a pattern of 20–30% year-over-year cost growth. By connecting IT spending to customer value, I not only reduced costs but also aligned them with the needs of a growing user base. This shift helped the organization move from reactive spending to intentional, scalable investment.
